Field Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

•      Visit designated branches regularly to meet with clients and branch personnel.

• Collect visiting/business cards from clients and stakeholders for records and relationship tracking.

• Gather and verify status updates and relevant data during each branch visit.

• Accurately record all collected data and updates into the intranet system in a timely manner.

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all client and branch interactions.

• Ensure consistent follow-up visits and maintain documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
