Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Field Support Hardware Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide on-site support for Lenovo/Acer/HP laptops under warranty.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hardware issues on HP laptops under warranty.
Provide excellent customer service to clients.
Maintain documentation of service requests and repairs.
Ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues.
Travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in field support.
Strong knowledge of HP laptops and their hardware components.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must own a bike for transportation.
