Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team. You will be responsible for managing leads, pitching our product & offerings, handling follow-ups, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by visiting residential societies, gated communities, RWA offices, IT parks, and builders to pitch EV charging station hardware and software installation
- Identify high-footfall or high-parking-demand locations suitable for charging infrastructure
- Build relationships with society committees, facility managers, builders, and property managers
- Conduct on-site presentations, demos, and site assessments (with technical team, if needed)
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation, installation planning, and onboarding
- Maintain and track leads, follow-ups, and closures using CRM tools
- Achieve monthly sales and installation targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 2–5 years of experience in B2B, real estate or institutional sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in product demos and client meetings
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to travel within the city daily for meetings and site visits
- Experience and existing relationships with RWA's & Builders would be an added advantage
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
