Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Location: Kanpur

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Incentives

Experience Required: 1 – 3 years in field sales or a similar role

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting potential clients in the field, presenting products/services, closing deals, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned area

Demonstrate and present products/services to clients

Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure repeat business

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Prepare and submit sales reports to the manager

Collaborate with the sales team and marketing department

Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor activity

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (FMCG, telecom, insurance, etc.)

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Must have a valid driver’s license and two-wheeler (preferred)

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduate preferred
