Key Responsibilities 1. Market Engagement • Visit container yards, transport hubs, and related locations to interact directly with transporters and small fleet owners. • Build relationships with key stakeholders, explaining the value and benefits of MatchLog’s digital logistics platform. • Act as the company’s on-ground representative, ensuring a professional and trustworthy image is maintained. 2. Sales & Onboarding • Identify potential transporters/partners and introduce them to MatchLog’s solutions. • Explain processes, assist with sign-ups, and ensure smooth onboarding to the company’s platform. • Support transporters with queries during the registration process, ensuring clarity and comfort with the platform. 3. Convincing & Communication • Clearly present company services, emphasizing efficiency, cost-saving, and ease of operations for transporters. • Address objections with patience and confidence, tailoring communication to suit different types of customers. • Influence and motivate transporters to adopt MatchLog’s digital approach. 4. Target Achievement & Reporting • Work towards monthly onboarding and engagement targets with commitment and consistency. • Maintain daily records of visits, interactions, and conversions. • Share market insights with the sales and product teams to support continuous improvement. 5. Travel & Outreach • Be comfortable with regular on-ground travel across assigned areas. • Represent MatchLog in local transporter communities, acting as a connector between the company and the ecosystem.
