Field Sales Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our Flipkart Seller Onboarding team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, approach, and onboard new sellers to the Flipkart platform by offering tailored solutions, explaining the benefits of online selling, and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Job Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or seller acquisition (e-commerce experience is a plus).

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with local markets and SMEs (small and medium enterprises).

• Basic understanding of e-commerce and digital platforms.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
