Field Sales Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Officer to promote our chit fund schemes and grow our customer base. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in and around Erode.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit prospective customers and explain chit fund schemes clearly and convincingly

• Generate leads and convert them into active subscribers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and referrals

• Conduct field activities such as door-to-door campaigns, leaflet distribution, and local promotions

• Follow up with potential clients regularly and provide excellent after-sales service

• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and report progress to the Branch Manager

• Collect application forms, KYC documents, and initial payments from customers

• Coordinate with the office team for customer support and documentation

Skills & Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing (preferably in chit funds, NBFCs, microfinance, or insurance)

• Good communication and convincing skills in Tamil

• Strong local network and knowledge of the Erode area

• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a must
