Key Duties of Sales Officer (SO):
- Sales Target: Achieve monthly sales targets for Mustard, Groundnut, and Soyabean oil.
- Distributor/Dealer Management: Appoint new distributors/retailers, take orders, and ensure timely supply.
- Market Coverage: Visit retail shops, kirana stores, wholesalers daily. Check stock, push our brands.
- Payment Collection: Ensure timely payment collection from dealers/distributors.
- Schemes & Promotion: Explain company schemes, discounts, offers to shopkeepers. Run local promotions.
- Reporting: Send daily sales report, market feedback, and competitor activity to manager.
- Brand Visibility: Make sure our oil packs are displayed well in shops. Handle posters/banners.
- Complaint Handling: Resolve market complaints about product, delivery
