Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Staff to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site visits, client follow-ups, property listings, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits and property inspections

Meet potential clients and explain property details.

Collect and update property data from builders, agents, and owners.

Support the sales team with leads and follow-ups.

Assist in organizing site visits and promotional events

Maintain good communication with clients and provide updates regularly.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on field activities.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in real estate or field sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel within city limits.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp communication
