Field Sales Officer

Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Sales Officers. This is a field sales role focused on promoting and selling small-ticket business loans to merchants. Ideal candidates should be target-driven and comfortable with daily customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell small-ticket business loans to local merchants.

• Ensure smooth and timely disbursement of loans.

• Collect Equated Daily Instalments (EDI) from customers regularly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in lending, or freshers with a strong sales interest.

• Field sales experience in fintech (PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, BharatPe) is an added advantage.

• Willingness to work in a field-intensive role is mandatory.

• Education: HSC for experienced candidates, UG for freshers.

• Must own a bike with a valid driving license.

• Required to submit proof of previous employment (Offer Letter, Last 3 Month Payslips, Relieving Letter).

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
