•  Managing accounts of subscribed vendor partners/Onboarding new vendors

•  Establishing great business relationships with vendors to ensure that they adhere to our policies and re-subscribe to our services/packages

•  Ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables promised to subscribed vendor partners 

•  Guiding vendors on how to structure & improve quality of their profiles, how to maximize their visibility on the portal and ensure business continuity

•  Attending & ensuring timely resolution of vendor’s grievances 

•  Meeting required targets month-on-month basis & creating periodic reports for senior management to showcase key project performance metrics

•  Working closely with other stakeholders within the organization to ensure speedy and quality delivery of services  

•  Suggesting new ideas and processes for more efficient outputs
