Job Title: Field Sales Officer
Location / Territory: Delhi NCR, Western Uttar Pradesh, Haryana
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Sales Officer responsible for managing and expanding business across assigned territories. The role involves extensive field travel, client handling, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop sales in assigned territories (Delhi NCR, Western UP, Haryana)
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
Ensure timely reporting and coordination with the internal team.
Key Requirements:
Car driving is mandatory (strict requirement)
Candidate must be comfortable with regular travel of 300–400 km on a routine basis
Valid driving license required
Prior experience in field sales is mandatory
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage territory independently.
Experience: 1–5 years in Field Sales (preferred)
Age Limit: 20 to 42 years
Preferred Profile:
Candidates with experience in industrial/technical sales will be an advantage
Self-motivated and target-driven
