Sales Officer - Unsecured Business Loan

Location: Gurugram

Role Overview: We are looking for a high-energy Sales Officer with prior experience in banking, NBFC, or fintech. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging SME clients with unsecured business loan requirements and generating qualified leads for the sales team. 1

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect SME clients requiring unsecured business loans.

• Connect with SME business owners through calls, emails, and meetings.

• Understand clients' business requirements and funding needs.

• Generate, qualify, and manage leads.

• Schedule meetings for the sales and relationship management team.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead progress.

• Coordinate with internal sales and credit teams for smooth processing. 1

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, or Fintech.

• Experience in unsecured business loan sales preferred.

• Experience handling SME customers.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.

• Comfortable with lead generation and client acquisition. 1
