1- Lead gold loan business with full ownership.

2- Drive Sales, control costs and ensure 100% complince.

3 - Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for gold loan disbursement and portfolio growth.

4Monitor Portfolio quality and drive recovery from delinquent cases.

Experience:- 1Yr to 3Yrs (Banking Sales / Gold Loan / Loan/ Branch Banking Sales, etc.

Salary Fixed:- Upto 5 LPA Upto CTC + Incentive

Cibil Score:- Positive Report

Preferred:- immediate Joiner
