Field Sales Officer

Job Title: Sales Officer (Field Sales / Home Loan)
Location: Gariahat, Kolkata
Salary: ₹17,500/month
Experience: 6 months to 3 years in field sales, loan or banking sales
Education: Graduate

Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads for home loans, credit cards, and retail banking products

• Conduct field visits across Gariahat, maintaining customer engagement and application process

• Document client interactions, maintain pipeline and report daily performance

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills

• Smartphone-enabled real-time route planning and basic CRM usage

• Two-wheeler (bike) with valid license preferred

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a high-pressure sales environment
