Field Sales Officer

We are looking for a Field Sales Officer to join our team Gardens need private limited. Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients in the assigned territory.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and channel partners.

• Understand client requirements and provide customized product/service solutions.

• Negotiate and close B2B deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors, and industry trends.

• Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and agreements.

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer support, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution and client servicing.

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM or reporting tools.

• Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
