Field Sales Officer

Job Title: Ground Level Salesman

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Ground Level Salesman to promote and sell our products across various retail shops and outlets. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the field, maintaining relationships with shopkeepers, and coordinating with distributors for smooth order fulfillment and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops and local markets daily to promote and sell company products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and store managers.

• Take product orders from shops and ensure timely delivery through distributors.

• Coordinate regularly with distributors for stock availability, delivery, and collection of payments.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Display products properly at retail points (if applicable) and ensure visibility.

• Collect market feedback and competitor information and report to the Sales Manager.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and effectively.

• Submit daily reports and updates on sales performance and field activities.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in field sales (FMCG/retail preferred). Freshers with confidence and good communication skills can also apply.

• Must own a bike/scooter and have a valid driving license.

• Basic understanding of local geography and markets.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
