We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to drive retail expansion, sales growth, and market visibility in the Delhi region. The role requires strong execution skills, distributor coordination, and on-ground market understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales across modern trade and general trade outlets.
Appoint and manage distributors and retail partners
Ensure product placement, visibility, and shelf availability
Monitor and guide promoters across assigned stores
Execute in-store promotions, sampling, and activations
Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets
Ensure timely payment collection and reconciliation.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales
Strong network in retail/modern trade
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple stores and distributors
