Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Bhutani Alphathum, Sector 90, Noida

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 + Attractive Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team at Bhutani Alphathum, Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads through calls, references, and property portals

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial properties

• Conduct property presentations and site visits

• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong relationships

• Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the closing process

• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities

• Basic knowledge of Noida/Greater Noida real estate market preferred

• Target-driven and self-motivated personality

• Graduation preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates)
