Field Sales Manager – DDGN Logistics (Full-Time | Delhi NCR | Immediate Joiner Preferred)

We're expanding fast – and looking for a strategic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our growth journey.

🔧 Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients in India, focusing on importers, wholesalers, and brand owners.

• Identify potential clients needing product sourcing or logistics support from China, HK, or Vietnam.

• Build and manage marketing funnels using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.

• Design and launch outreach campaigns, webinars, product brochures, and presentations to educate clients about DDGN’s capabilities.

• Build strong client relationships and provide after-sales support to ensure repeat business.

• Lead generation via B2B platforms, referrals, trade exhibitions, and digital marketing.

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless client experience.

🎯 Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, logistics, international trade, or sourcing industry.

• Solid understanding of import/export, freight forwarding, or product procurement.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficient with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WhatsApp Business, and email marketing.

• Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset and a hunger to grow in a fast-paced environment.
