Job Description

Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales staff. Conduct regular one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and deal coaching.
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market reach and meet or exceed revenue goals.
Quota & Performance Management: Set clear sales quotas and KPIs (e.g., pipeline coverage, close rates). Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and manage the department’s budget.
Market Analysis: Track market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and monitor competitor activities to stay competitive.
