🔹 Junior Academic Manager
Take end-to-end responsibility for schools where Kreedo’s curriculum is implemented.
👉 Lead and support Training & Implementation Managers
👉 Ensure smooth curriculum delivery and school renewals
👉 Guide teachers to improve classroom practices
👉 Build strong relationships with school leaders & parents
👉 Analyse reports, assessments, and suggest improvements

🔹 Training Manager
Be the driving force behind teacher training and classroom excellence.
👉 Conduct regular school visits & observe classroom sessions
👉 Train teachers on implementing the Kreedo curriculum
👉 Provide constructive feedback and resolve challenges
👉 Run parent engagement and orientation programs
👉 Ensure long-term school satisfaction & retention
