Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior design segments through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Generate leads by meeting potential clients, visiting project sites, and engaging with walk-in prospects.
Conduct site visits, property tours, and client meetings to convert leads into sales.
Coordinate with the design team to explain concepts, layouts, materials, and cost estimates to clients.Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in real estate and interiors.
Collaborate with marketing and project teams for campaign execution and client servicing.
Provide post-sales support and coordinate with execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
