We are hiring experienced professionals for the Secured Loan Against Property (LAP) segment.

💼 Open Positions:

🔹 Sales Manager (SM) – CTC up to ₹8 LPA + Incentives

🔹 Relationship Officer (RO) – CTC up to ₹3.75 LPA + Incentives

📘 Product: Secured LAP (Strong LAP experience mandatory)

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

✔️ Strong experience in Secured LAP / Mortgage sales (Mandatory)

✔️ Open market sourcing & DSA handling exposure preferred

✔️ Good communication & local market knowledge
