Job Description

We are hiring a Partner Success Manager for a leading life insurance company. This is a field-based role focused on managing and supporting existing agents to drive business growth. The role does not involve agent recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit and engage with existing agents at their offices
Support agents in generating life insurance business
Build strong relationships with partners to improve productivity
Guide agents on products, sales strategies, and market opportunities
Track performance and provide regular updates
Attend weekly office meetings for performance review

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Insurance / Financial Services
Good communication and relationship management skills

Salary: ₹4.5 LPA Fixed + Incentives + Performance Bonus
