Job Description

  • Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals daily for patient referrals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors

  • Explain hospital services, specialties & success cases confidently

  • Achieve daily visit targets (8–12 doctors/day)

  • Generate patient leads and ensure conversion to OPD/IPD

  • Maintain daily visit report in CRM (doctor met, outcome, follow-up)

  • Coordinate with counsellor & hospital team for patient closure

  • Collect feedback from doctors & market insights

  • Ensure regular follow-ups with doctors for repeat referrals

  • Participate in health camps, CME, outreach activities

  • Track competitor activities and pricing in the area

  • Meet monthly revenue / admission targets

  • Maintain professional behavior, grooming & communication
