· Identify and generate new sales leads through various trade portals.
· Conduct regular follow-ups with new and existing clients to maintain relationships and secure repeat business.
· Address client inquiries and provide timely updates on their orders.
· Develop accurate and competitive quotations for leads and prospects.
· Conduct field visits to prospective clients to understand their needs and present product offerings.
· Participate in fortnightly meetings on the 2nd and 16th of every month to discuss sales strategies and progress. (As and when required or informed by the management)
· Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and address any payment-related issues and work towards resolving them promptly.
· Develop and track advance visit plans to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
· Manage CRM software to keep client information and sales activities up to date with accurately and timely data entry in the CRM system. Proficiency in CRM usage is mandatory.
· Share and manage dispatch details with customers to keep them informed about their orders.
· Identify and explore new business initiatives and market opportunities.
· Participate in exhibitions and trade shows as required to showcase products and generate leads.
· Share product samples with prospects to demonstrate product quality and features.
· Follow up with prospects to gather feedback and address any queries.
· Address and resolve client problems or queries regarding products or samples
· Utilize a checklist to gather precise and comprehensive information before finalizing and processing orders.
· Ensure proper documentation and approval for reimbursed amounts related to out of station visits or tours.
· Engage in training sessions and seminars for continuous self-upgradation and skill enhancement.
· Provide training and support to subordinates to enhance their skills and performance.
· Conduct client reviews and collect feedback through various channels, including Google reviews, written testimonials, and video testimonials.
