Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  Plan and execute daily field visits for lead generation and merchant onboarding.  Acquire new merchants and enable them on digital payment platforms.  Promote and sell products including QR Code, Sound Box, EDC/Card Swipe Machine, POS Software, Insurance, Wallet, and E-commerce solutions.  Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and best practices at merchant locations.  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive conversions and retention.  Visit existing merchants to resolve issues and maintain long-term relationships.  Gather regular market feedback and insights on competitor activities for business improvement.  Enable digital payments at unorganized retailers and ensure complete understanding of the payment acceptance process.  Consistently achieve assigned sales and productivity targets.  Sell Sound Box devices as part of the assigned product portfolio.
