Collection Executive

We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our team at L & T Finance . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17,000 - ₹19,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers through phone calls, field visits, SMS, or emails regarding pending payments

• Follow up on overdue loan, EMI, credit card, or bill payments

• Explain repayment options and due amounts to customers

• Maintain daily collection reports and payment records

• Visit customer locations for field collections when required

• Coordinate with the branch or recovery team

• Ensure collection activities follow company policies and legal guidelines

• Handle customer complaints or payment issues professionally

• Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
