Job Description

we are looking for field sales executive . They responsible for driving sales in their assigned territory by identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and closing deals for the company's products or services. Key duties include prospecting, conducting sales presentations, meeting sales targets, and managing the client database, while required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with CRM software. ResponsibilitiesSales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and grow revenue within a specific territory.Prospecting and lead generation: Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.Sales presentations and demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential and existing clients.Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure sales.Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.Market intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.Event participation: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to network and generate leads.Client database management: Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.
