Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Responsible for providing direct customer service and sales support to existing customers through relationship management. A customer database (Book of Relations - BoR) will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.

• Ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

• Act as the single point of contact for customer queries and complaints.

• Understand customers' financial goals and offer relevant financial solutions.

• Analyze competitors to provide informed advice.

• Schedule daily customer appointments from the provided database.

• Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.

• Complete licensing as per company standards.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with Freshers.
