Job Description

We’re expanding our team at Shrey Automotives, an authorized BPCL MAK Lubricants dealer, and looking for ambitious Distributor Sales Representatives (DSR) in Hyderabad.

What you’ll do:

Manage your territory and develop growth strategies

Build and maintain client relationships

Identify new business opportunities

Achieve sales and collection targets

What we’re looking for:

Sales or marketing background

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical mindset, self-driven, and team-oriented

Age: 18–35 years

What we offer:

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

TA/DA extra

Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month (performance-based)

Additional BPCL incentives up to ₹6,000 per month
