Position: FSE / Sr. FSE
Product: EDC/POS Machine

Job Responsibilities & Targets:

Monthly Target:

FSE – 5 activations
Sr. FSE – 6 activations

Incentives & Benefits:

Rs. 600 – Rs. 1000 incentive per device activation
Incentive slab up to Rs. 15,000
Gate meeting location allowance provided
Cross-sale opportunities:
- Insurance sales
- Credit card sales
- Sound box sales

Work Requirements:

Travel within 7–10 km radius of TL location
Minimum 10–12 client visits per day
9 hours punch-in is mandatory
Attendance is compulsory (16 points required for one full-day attendance)
Mandatory check-in before 11:00 AM
