Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and sell company products across Delhi NCR. The candidate will be responsible for direct selling, visiting retail shops, approaching potential customers, and generating new business through field activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct shop-to-shop visits to promote and sell company products.

• Approach individual customers and generate direct sales.

• Identify new business opportunities and acquire potential customers.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Develop new sales channels and expand market reach.

• Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.

• Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat business.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Two-wheeler is mandatory.

• Must be comfortable with field sales and direct selling.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Willingness to travel across assigned areas in Delhi NCR.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 4 years of experience.
