JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and pitch ShinePoints Software to retail stores. Your role will involve meeting store owners, explaining software benefits, enrolling them in a free 1-month trial, and converting them to an annual subscription (₹999/year). You will also hire and manage channel partners to expand reach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet retail store owners in your assigned city/area and pitch ShinePoints Software.

• Achieve monthly revenue targets and exceed them for higher incentives.

• Hire and manage channel partners/agents to scale sales.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers and partners.

• Report daily progress to the reporting manager via mobile.

• Work independently in the field while staying connected with your manager.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

• Experience: Freshers can apply

• Languages: Good communication in regional language; basic English

SALARY & INCENTIVES:

• 12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (~₹25,000/month take-home) + Incentives

• Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (~₹31,000/month take-home) + Incentives

• Transport Allowance: ₹100/day

• Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrolment beyond the target

• Visit 10–15 stores/day (grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.)

• Update daily progress reports via mobile
