About the Role

ShinePoints is hiring energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives. You will promote and pitch our Reward Points Software to retail stores in your city. Your job is to meet shop owners, explain the benefits, and onboard them into a 1-month free trial (later ₹999/year). This is a field sales role with attractive salary, transport allowance, and high incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Pitch ShinePoints Reward Software to retail shop owners (grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.)

• Enroll 50+ shops per month into free trial → convert them into paid subscribers

• Achieve revenue target of 2X your monthly salary (higher incentives for overachievement)

• Maintain relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships

• Share daily updates & reports with your manager (remote reporting)

• Work independently in your assigned area of the city

Work Mode & Timings

• 📍 Location: Any area in Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore / Delhi

• 🏢 Work Mode: Field work – no daily office attendance

• ⏰ Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM (Mon–Fri), 9 AM – 1 PM (Sat)

• 📅 Working Days: 6 days/week

• 📝 Probation: 1 month, then full-time employment

Eligibility Criteria

• ✔ Education: 12th Pass minimum (Graduates preferred)

• ✔ Experience: 0 – 6 months (Freshers welcome)

• ✔ Languages: Strong communication in regional language + basic English
