Field Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join ShinePoints team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free offer ends) (Initial probationary period needs to be completed)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)

✅ Achieve the revenue target as a multiple of monthly Salary. Over achieve for higher incentives.

✅ Hire Channel Partners under you and push the sales via channel partners/agents

✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers and channel partners/agents for long-term partnerships.

✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

✔ Experience: Freshers are eligible

✔ Languages: Good communication skills in regional language and basic English

Salary:

💰 12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC + Incentives

💰 Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA CTC + Incentives

Transport Allowance ₹100 per day(over and above the salary)

Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrolment over and above the target number
