Shine Projects is hiring Field Sales Executives to promote ShinePoints – Reward Points Software to retail stores. Your job is to meet shop owners, explain the software, onboard them for a free 1-month trial, and help convert them to paid customers (₹999/year).

👤 Responsibilities:
✅ Visit 10–15 shops daily (grocery, fashion, pharma, electronics, etc.)
✅ Pitch ShinePoints software and show brochure
✅ Onboard 50+ shops/month to free trial
✅ Follow up after trial and convert to paid plan
✅ Report progress daily using mobile (no office visit needed)
✅ Ask for referrals and grow your network

🎓 Eligibility:
✔ 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
✔ Freshers can apply (0–6 months experience)
✔ Good communication in local language + basic English
✔ Smartphone required

⏰ Work Timings:
Mon to Sat | 9 AM to 5 PM | Field Work Only
