💼 About the Role:
Join ShinePoints to promote our Reward Points Software to retail shops. You’ll meet store owners, explain benefits, and help them onboard with a free 1-month trial. After probation, this is a full-time role with great incentives.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Visit 10–15 shops daily & pitch the software

• Onboard retailers for free trial & convert them later

• Achieve monthly target of 50 store tie-ups

• Build long-term partnerships with retailers

• Report progress remotely (no daily office visit)

✅ Eligibility:

• Min. 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Freshers & candidates with <6 months experience welcome

• Good communication in regional language & basic English

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• 12th Pass: ₹3 LPA (₹25K/month take-home) + Incentives

• Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA (₹31K/month take-home) + Incentives

• ₹100/day travel allowance + ₹250/shop enrolment bonus

• 6-day work week (Mon–Sat), 9 AM–5 PM
