Job Description – Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Position: Sales Executive
Company: Mythan Farms
Location: Rajajinagar, Bengaluru
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Sales (Real Estate Preferred)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

Mythan Farms is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with at least 1 year of sales experience. Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and walk-ins.
Meet prospective customers and present property/project details.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct site visits and property demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience).
