Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for driving sales growth by generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets through regular field engagement, follow-ups, and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Conduct daily field visits within a 40 km radius in the assigned Tehsil.
Upload visit details, orders, forms, and payments using the company mobile application (or manual entry system where applicable).
Participate in daily Google Meet review/coordination meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Ensure all advance payments are collected and deposited into the company account on the same day with complete accuracy and transparency.
Work Requirements
Territory-based field sales role (single assigned Tehsil)
Daily field travel required
Strong discipline in reporting and digital tool usage
