Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibility 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, PMC firms, contractors, and dealers.

• Identify and visit potential customers on-site (construction/interior sites, offices, showrooms).

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable T-Grid ceiling solutions.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Provide accurate market intelligence—competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

• Coordinate with the back-office team for quotations, order processing, and dispatches.

• Ensure payment follow-ups and client satisfaction post-sale.
