Role Summary: The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling health insurance plans for B2B or B2C customers. This is a full-time position on the company payroll with a structured training program designed for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation: Engage in lead generation activities to build a customer base.
· Sales Execution: Promote and sell health insurance plans to individual and SMB customers.
· Territory Management: Each Executive will be assigned a territory upon completion of training.
· Sales Targets: Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets.
