Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive for our Bangalore location. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with clients and retailers, and representing the company effectively in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors.
Gather market insights and report competitor activities.
Follow up promptly on leads and customer inquiries.
Resolve customer queries to ensure high satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales visits, calls, and interactions.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in field sales or related roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.
Willingness to travel within Bangalore and nearby areas.
Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
