Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate leads for banquet sales through calls, emails, walk-ins, and referrals
Promote banquet halls for weddings, conferences, meetings, parties, and corporate events
Prepare and present customized banquet proposals and quotations
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for banquet revenue
Client Handling & Coordination
Conduct site visits and banquet hall show rounds for prospective clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packages
Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and service teams for event execution
Act as the primary point of contact for clients from booking to event completion
Negotiation & Contracting
Negotiate pricing, packages, and terms within company guidelines
Prepare contracts, event orders (BEOs), and booking confirmations
Ensure timely collection of advances and final payments
Event Execution Support
Ensure all event details are communicated clearly to concerned departments
Monitor event setup and execution to ensure client satisfaction
Handle last-minute changes or guest requests professionally
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate records of bookings, inquiries, and client databases
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings
