Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to connect directly with potential customers and drive on-ground sales conversions. The role involves conducting face-to-face meetings, promoting our insurance products within assigned territories, and ensuring a seamless, personalized customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
On-Ground Engagement: Travel within assigned territories to meet prospective clients, generate leads, and conduct face-to-face sales presentations.
Product Consultation: Explain insurance products and services effectively to clients, tailoring recommendations to meet their specific needs.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to actively contribute to territory revenue growth.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong post-visit follow-ups, resolve client queries on the spot, and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
Objection Handling: Confidently handle client objections, navigate negotiations, and close deals efficiently in the field.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mobility & Mandates: Must possess a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field travel.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English (local language proficiency is a strong plus).
Sales & Negotiation: Proven negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills in a direct sales environment.
Resilience: A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven field environment.
