We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager for our Loyalty Channel. The candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing existing customers, driving renewals, and generating business through cross-selling and up-selling of life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and engage with existing customer base.
Drive policy renewals and customer retention.
Generate business through cross-selling and up-selling life insurance products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in BFSI, Insurance, Banking, CASA, Wealth, Investments, or Financial Sales.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Customer-centric approach with a sales mindset.
