Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-field client visits and present services effectively

Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion

Maintain regular follow-ups via WhatsApp and email

Submit daily reports and updates

Meet monthly sales targets during the 3-month probation period

Ensure a result-based approach to all tasks and objectives

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements

2–3 years of field sales experience

Must own a 2-wheeler and smartphone

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable with daily travel and field activities

Strong result-based commitment and accountability

Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹35,000/month

Probation (First 3 Months): Performance-based

From 4th Month: Salary will be fixed based on performance during the probation

Growth Path: Higher performance = Better pay + Fast-track promotions
