Field Sales Executive

Acquire and onboard merchants for Paytm Soundbox and QR code solutions.

• Promote and cross-sell value-added products like insurance, EDC (Swipe machines), loans, shop protection plans, and business apps.

• Achieve assigned sales targets (NAP / revenue / device pick-ups) consistently.

• Educate merchants on Paytm products, features, and benefits to drive adoption and usage.

• Build and maintain strong merchant relationships to ensure retention and increase wallet share.

• Identify new market opportunities and execute local promotional campaigns.

• Handle merchant queries, escalations, and ensure smooth onboarding & after-sales support.

• Ensure 100% compliance with company processes, documentation, and KYC norms.

• Provide daily/weekly MIS reports on sales performance, merchant coverage, and productivity.
