Job Description

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting Paytm products and services, and building strong relationships with merchants and customers in the assigned area. The role involves on-field sales, merchant onboarding, and driving business growth through effective customer engagement.---Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new merchants for Paytm payment solutions (QR codes, EDC machines, Soundbox, etc.).Visit markets daily to meet retailers, shop owners, and businesses.Explain product features, benefits, and usage to merchants.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Maintain records of leads, sales, and customer feedback.Resolve merchant queries and ensure a smooth onboarding process.Promote new Paytm products and services as launched.Build long-term relationships with merchants to increase retention.---Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.Self-motivated and target-oriented.Willingness to work in the field (2Wheeler preferred).Knowledge of local market and area routes.
